Rescheduling Policy
At Faithful Scuba, training dates, instructor availability, pool reservations, and dive operations are scheduled specifically for each student. This policy is designed to be fair to students while protecting reserved training dates, instructor time, and training resources.
Payment Policy
Certification Courses

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve training dates.

The remaining course balance is due no later than 14 days before the first scheduled training date.

Faithful Scuba may send invoices, payment reminders, and payment notifications by email or text message.

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of scheduled training dates. The $250 non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable.

Training dates are not considered confirmed until all required deposits, payments, registration forms, and course paperwork have been received.

eLearning Materials

eLearning materials, digital course codes, and online academic access are non-refundable once issued or activated.
Cancellation Policy
Certification Courses
More Than 7 Days Before the Course Start Date
• Students may receive a refund of all amounts paid, excluding the $250 non-refundable deposit.
7 Days or Less Before the Course Start Date
• No refunds will be provided.
No-Shows
• Students who fail to attend a scheduled training session, arrive excessively late, or abandon a course after training has begun may be considered a no-show.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• If a no-show, late arrival, missed training session, or course interruption requires additional pool sessions, open water dives, boat dives, instructor time, facility reservations, or other training activities to complete certification, the student will be responsible for all applicable additional training fees.

Rescheduling Policy
Certification Courses
More Than 7 Days Before the Course Start Date
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted, subject to instructor availability.
7 Days or Less Before the Course Start Date
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
• Requests received within 7 days of the course start date require instructor approval and are subject to a $250 rescheduling fee per person.
Emergency Situations
• Faithful Scuba understands that genuine emergencies may occur. Requests involving illness, injury, family emergencies, military obligations, or other significant circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of Faithful Scuba.

• A $100 rescheduling fee per participant will apply.
Weather, Safety and
Instructor-Initiated Rescheduling
• If Faithful Scuba reschedules training due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, instructor illness, facility closure, or other circumstances beyond the student's control, no rescheduling fee will be charged.
• Students may be offered a rescheduled date or other reasonable accommodation based on availability.
Course Interruption Policy
• Once training has begun, any remaining training sessions, dives, or course requirements will be scheduled based on instructor availability.
• Additional fees may apply if extra training sessions, pool sessions, open water dives, boat dives, charter fees, facility fees, equipment fees, or other course-related expenses are required to complete training.
• Unless otherwise approved by the instructor, all training must be completed within six (6) months of the original course start date.
Additional Terms
• Faithful Scuba reserves the right to modify training schedules, locations, and training dates when necessary to maintain student safety, comply with training standards, address weather or sea conditions, or meet operational requirements.
