Payment, Cancellation &
Rescheduling Policy

At Faithful Scuba, training dates, instructor availability, pool reservations, and dive operations are scheduled specifically for each student. This policy is designed to be fair to students while protecting reserved training dates, instructor time, and training resources.

Payment Policy

Registration Requirements​

  • The Student Registration Form and Student Agreement must be completed before training can begin.

  • Required medical documentation and any physican approvals must be submitted before training can begin.

  • Failure to complete required registration documents may delay the start of training.

​​​Certification Courses

  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve training dates.

  • The remaining course balance is due no later than 14 days before the first scheduled training date.

  • Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of scheduled training dates.

  • Training dates are not confirmed until required payments and documentation have been received.

Discover Scuba Diving

  • Full payment is required at registration to reserve the program date.

eLearning Materials

  • eLearning materials, digital course codes, and online academic access are non-refundable once assigned.

Cancellation Policy

Certification Courses​

  • ​The $250 deposit is non-refundable.

  • eLearning materials and digital course materials are non-refundable once assigned.

  • Participants who cancel after the balance due date may not be eligible for a refund.

​​Discover Scuba Diving

  • Discover Scuba Diving programs are paid in full at registration.

  • Discover Scuba Diving fees are non-refundable.

​No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled training session, or arriving so late that training cannot reasonably be conducted, may be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Rescheduling Policy

Certification Courses​

  • One complimentary reschedule may be permitted if requested at least 14 days before the first scheduled training date.

  • Additional rescheduling requests are subject to instructor availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the first scheduled training date may be subject to a $250 rescheduling fee.

Discover Scuba Diving

  • One complimentary reschedule may be permitted if requested more than 5 days before the scheduled program.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the scheduled program may be subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.

Weather and Safety Rescheduling

  • If Faithful Scuba reschedules training due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, instructor illness, facility closure, or other circumstances beyond the student's control, no rescheduling fee will be charged.

  • Students will be offered a rescheduled date based on availability.
